This Privacy Policy describes how SAESA STORE  (the “site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our online store.


Information
The protection of your privacy is our priority and we process the applicable legislation when processing personal data. According to the law on personal data protection, your personal data is only used to execute and deliver the order. Your personal data is protected by us and is not provided to other people.
When operating this website, which also functions as our e-shop, we process visitor data through cookies. If you decide to buy from us, we will process your excontact and delivery details exclusively for the purpose of placing your order. In the case of registration on our website, we process the data provided by you and data on the history of your purchases. We also process data from site visitors who have subscribed to our newsletter and data from visitors who have used the opportunity to contact us online.
We use cookies on our website, which are small text files placed on your device, and similar technologies in order to operate the site, personalize it and collect data that may relate to your device, your preferences or the way we view our site. As we value your privacy, we ask that you give your consent before saving them. However, we cannot offer you this option in the case of the so-called necessary cookies that we need for the operation of the site.
We process your data only on the territory of the Slovak Republic. In no case do we sell them to third parties or pass them on to anyone else. Your personal data is protected and is only used to execute the order and deliver it. When ordering, you enter your personal data, which is used only for the delivery of the order. 
If you buy any goods from us, we will process the identification, contact, payment and delivery data provided by you in order to process your order quickly and without any problems. We cannot do without this information when processing the order, so its provision is our contractual requirement. However, we will not use your personal data for any other purposes and we will only pass it on to the carrier of your choice for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods. 
The customer who uses the services of our e-shop does not provide information about the e-shop. E-shop information is for ordering and delivery of our products only.
If you decide that you no longer want to order anything from our e-shop, your personal data will remain stored for the e-shop, in case you decide to order something again. The questions you are interested in are handled by the data administrator.

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
